Definitions
In these conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
"The Company": ShiftCatcher Limited. "Customer": The customer of the company. "Contract": Any contract for the purchase of Service Credit or consumption-based services supplied by The Company to the Customer. "Service Credit": The monetary balance purchased by the Customer, which is consumed on a per-use basis (e.g., per successfully caught shift or per automated check). "Usage": The act of utilizing the Company's software to perform its core functions, which results in the depletion of the Customer's Service Credit.

Payment and Service Credit
Payments made by the Customer are for the purchase of Service Credit to be held in their account balance.

Pre-Payment for Service Credit: Payment for the desired Service Credit amount will be pre-authorized and charged at the time of placing the order.

No Service Without Balance: Services shall only be supplied when the Customer has a sufficient, positive Service Credit balance. Usage will be billed against this Service Credit until the balance is depleted.

Consumption Model: The Customer's account balance will be automatically debited based on their Usage of the software, as defined in the associated Pricing Schedule.

Payment Security: We use Shopify's secure payment gateway to handle transactions on our behalf. ShiftCatcher does not access your full payment method details except for your billing address, which is necessary for fulfilling your Service Credit order.

Privacy: We do not store credit card details or share customer information with third parties.

Delivery Time

After purchasing Service Credit, you will receive an email with further instructions to integrate your app with our software.

Once integration is complete, services will be activated immediately, and you may begin consuming your Service Credit.
Notice
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes on their international orders. Some orders may experience customs delays, which are beyond our control. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.

Claims

Exclusions: Claims arising from technical errors related to your app, internet provider, or other issues beyond our control will not be considered.

Scope of Service: ShiftCatcher provides assistance in catching shifts but does not guarantee a specific income or number of orders. This depends entirely on the level of activity within Just Eat, which is outside our control, and is not a basis for a refund of Service Credit.

Service Credit Purchase:

By purchasing Service Credit, you confirm that the software meets your requirements and you accept the consumption rate for Usage.

Refund Policy for Service Credit:

No Refunds for Used Credit: Once Service Credit is consumed (i.e., the software has actively provided its shift-catching service), the value associated with that Usage is non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after the service has been used, including partial usage, or delays in shift availability, as this is beyond our control.

Refunds for Unused Credit: If you purchase Service Credit and subsequently decide not to use the software, you may request a refund for your entire remaining, unused Service Credit balance. Non-usage (or the remaining balance) must be verified by our system.

Referred Accounts: If you bypass the Free Service Credits Offer via referral, you are eligible for a refund only if requested within 7 days of purchase of the initial Service Credit and verified as completely unused.

Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims:

Filing chargebacks or fraudulent claims will result in account suspension and may involve legal action.

Any abuse of banking rights for unauthorized refunds will be investigated and reported to financial institutions.
